Lovely authentic farmhouse

Ta' Gianmmarie is a beautiful place full of authentic traditional charm. Rooms spacious and comfortable, pool a good size for four people. Ample outdoor space. Superb location. Will return again!

Beautiful and authentic farmhouse. Really spacious and with a charming decor . Kitchen was very well equipped and we loved all the different places to sit outside.Pool was fabulous , had everything we needed.Brand new supermarket with-in walking distance or a few minutes drive, plus a basic pizza restaurant , with fabulous views in the town.Owners were lovely , answered every question and always responded quickly. Highly recommend.

Sauberkeit

Die Sauberkeit wäre verbesserungfähig. Besonders die Schränke in der Küche hätten eine intensive Reinigung nötig. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr gut fotografiert. Sie erscheinen in der Anzeige sehr viel heller und grösser als sie sind. Der Pol wurde allerdings vorbildlich gepflegt durch einen Reinigungsdienst der 2x wöchentlich kam. Das Haus hatte seinen ganz eigenen Charme.

The atmosphere of the 300 sandstone house is conducive to tranquillity and relaxation, the layout of the rooms creates an atmosphere for any occasion, an excellent base for travel to any corner of the island of Gozo

Traumhafter Ort um Seelenfrieden zu finden!

Wir sind am 27.12. angereist und waren direkt verliebt in das Objekt. Es ist super gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für 7 Personen. Als Begrüßung gab es sogar eine Magnum Flasche Champagner. Das Haus liegt in Zebbug recht ruhig gelegen, zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten. Auch in die Hauptstadt Gozo fährt man sehr schnell. Wir waren mit 6 Leuten für 5 Tage vor Ort und sind immer noch happy über diesen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Dieser Ort ist wirklich zu empfehlen! 🙏

Gozo traditional farmhouse

Hiding behind a long flat brick exterior is a beautiful, old and rather quirky property with a court yard leading to a pool , like an oasis. We all loved it!

great house, uncomplicated handling, beautiful island!

Jeff is a very communicative and flexible host. Because of changes in our flights, it was necessary to change time of our presence. It was a very uncomplicated handling, because of Jeffs response time and his openness. Thank You! The house is beautiful! Nice pool, full and well equipped, excepted plugs with the british pin are unwonted for continentel european ;-) Gozo is an amazing island. You can see a lot of nice spots, gorgeous beaches and bays, nearly perfect weather in october - in our case. Maltese are very friendly, love their old cars an loves to ride ;-) Malta is easy accessible, offers also nice beaches. You have to visit Valetta (also Gozos Victoria) - so much to see... We'd like to come back in future!

Beautiful, welcoming, comfortable, spacious, extremely kind and helpful hosts

We had a wonderful experience at Mariella's and Jeff's beautiful home. They were so kind, and so helpful. It was a perfect little oasis, with a local bread man who passes through everyday with fresh bread(apart from Sundays) Definitely try the local pastizzi too. There is no local shop in the village within walking distance, so you really do need a car to get to shops and to see the island properly. The swimming pool was such a welcome treat as it was so hot, so we lived in it! So many beautiful places to visit, steeped in history. We would highly recommend this treasure of a place to stay.

Great farmhouse with lots of character

Really enjoyed our week at the farmhouse. The pool is a good size with shady and sunny areas to sunbathe. The rooms were generally cool at night (for farmhouses anyway!) and lots of hot water!

A rare piece of history...

Gorgeous place, well equipped and well appointed. I felt the cold as it was over Christmas but that’s just the time of year I guess. It’s old but doesn’t feel it. It’s got many original features. You’re very close to everything if you have a car but the bus service on Gozo if fab too. Jeff is great and is lovely. Straight talking and very helpful. Indeed, nothing’s too much trouble.. he’s quite rightly proud of the property. Gozo is lovely, nothing pretentious about the place. We hope to go there in the summer at some time to make use of the gorgeous pool! Thanks Jeff. Jon, Adele and Laura

Charming and welcoming house in quiet village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was well kept and much larger than we were expecting, the dining room was stunning. Due to the time of year we visited, the pool was a bit too cold to use, but the sea was just right for a quick dip at Ramla Bay nearby. The village has a couple of excellent pizza restaurants and super views over Gozo, for more choice the local towns all have plenty of fine restaurants; Otters in Marsalforn was super, try the rabbit! Although the village has a bus service, the island is much easier to navigate with a hire car, and meant on cloudy days we could explore, despite the local drivers refusing to indicate... I chose this place over other similar properties because of the nice furniture and location and am really happy I did, the house was clearly looked after and we'd definitely use this house again if we go back to Gozo.

A lovely stay mid oktober. The pool area a bit cold, but it didn´t mattet, because everything else was better than we expected. Very charming, green and a nice atmosfere. We wish to come back some day.
