The apartment features 3 bedrooms and also a double sofabed, taking up 8 guests in total. One of the highlights of this charming home is its private terrace, providing a serene space to unwind and enjoy the lovely ambiance.
Garage space, high -speed WIFI & AC available.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
A dedicated garage spot is available, ensuring secure parking for one car during your stay.
Living | The bright living area includes a comfortable sofa which easily transforms into a sofabed and can take up to two extra guests. This space is designed specifically for our guests to relax and unwind after long days exploring Gozo.
Outdoor Terrace | Furnished with outdoor furniture, it is a great spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, overlooking the beautiful greenery and street surrounding.
Kitchen | The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for meal preparation.
Bedrooms | 3 bedrooms, two of which features a double bed while the other 2 include 2 single beds. All bedrooms include ample closet space while the main bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Bathrooms | 2 full modern bathrooms, one is located near the living area while the other is attached to the master bedroom.
Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

By Car: Renting a car is the easiest way to explore Gozo. The apartment includes a dedicated garage space, and the island`s well-maintained and signposted roads make driving straightforward.
Public Transport: Regular bus services connect Żebbuġ to major towns and attractions. The main bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment, making public transport a convenient option. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.
Ferries: For trips to Malta, the Gozo Channel Ferry operates regular services between Mgarr (Gozo) and Cirkewwa (Malta), with Mgarr just a short drive from Żebbuġ.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB or to be paid via BANK TRANSFER, at an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
4. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
5. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
6. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
7. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
9. NO PETS ALLOWED.
10. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
