The large windows and sliding doors provide an abundance of natural light and a seamless connection between inside and outside.

Spacious Layout and Comfort
This modern villa has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, so everyone has enough privacy. The upper floor offers extra space and comfort, and from the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the surroundings.

Modern Kitchen and Cozy Living Space
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The cozy sitting area with flat screen TV is the perfect place to relax together. Through the large sliding door you step directly onto the terrace, so that inside and outside merge effortlessly.

Enjoy the Water and Relax in the Hot Tub
Outside, a spacious terrace with a dining table awaits, ideal for long evenings in the open air. The villa has a private jetty, perfect for a refreshing dip or just enjoying the water. The icing on the cake is the hot tub, where you can relax with a view of the water.
