Welcome travellers to our studio located in the south part of the island, offering a peaceful stay with absolute comfort and convenience.

The space features a fully equipped kitchen with a comfy double bed with working space and a modern bathroom.

The beauty of this location is that it is very close to both vibrant and serene surroundings. For those seeking Malta’s rich culture, this place is the perfect way to experience the warmth of this neighbourhood.

Living Spaces| Unwind in the inviting living area adorned with a comfortable sofa, ideal for relaxation after a day exploring Malta.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils necessary to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and and gas hub.

Studio Concept| A large comfy bed is available in the living quarters with working space.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Bathrooms| 1 full large bathroom.

Laundry| Washer, shared with other guests.

The neighborhood boasts a rich history and a strong sense of tradition, evident in its well-preserved architecture, historical sites, and cultural heritage. It's not uncommon to find neighbors engaging in lively conversations or celebrating local festivals together, fostering a sense of camaraderie.

Zejtun's streets are lined with quaint cafes, family-run eateries, and small shops, each offering a glimpse into the authentic Maltese way of life. People often gather at these spots, sharing stories over a cup of coffee or traditional Maltese cuisine.

The community spirit thrives here, with various events and activities that bring residents together, from cultural celebrations to local markets. Whether you're exploring historical landmarks or simply taking a leisurely walk, the neighborhood's friendliness and genuine hospitality make Zejtun a delightful place to stay and experience the warmth of Maltese culture firsthand.

In Zejtun and throughout Malta, transportation options cater to various preferences. While Zejtun itself might be best explored on foot due to its charming streets and compact size, here are some ways to get around:

Public Transport:
Malta has an extensive public bus network that connects major towns and villages, including Zejtun. The bus service is a convenient and cost-effective way to travel around the island. You can find bus stops within walking distance in Zejtun, allowing easy access to nearby towns and attractions.

Taxis:
Taxis are available in Malta and can be a convenient option for getting around, especially if you prefer a more direct and private mode of transportation. In Zejtun, taxis can be hailed or booked in advance through local taxi companies. They offer flexibility in terms of pick-up and drop-off locations, making them suitable for personalized travel needs.

Ride-Sharing Services:
Ride-sharing services like Bolt, E-cabs or Uber are available in Malta. These services offer an app-based platform where users can request rides and pay electronically.

Car Rental:
For those seeking independence and flexibility in their travels, car rentals are readily available in Malta. Renting a car allows you to explore Zejtun and the surrounding areas at your own pace, accessing off-the-beaten-path destinations and sights that might not be easily reachable by public transport.

Very important notes before booking:

- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI.

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
