ApartHotel a Zell am See

“Ein außergewöhnlich guter Service! Supernettes kleines Suitenhotel. Ort, Lift und Therme fussläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Hervorzuheben ist der besonders zuvorkommende Service, der wirklich außergewöhnlich war! Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank dafür! ”

“I don't often pick five stars for all aspects of a stay but I really couldn't think of or find any fault with this property. It was as described. The apartments are spotless on check-in, the check in stafff friendly and helpful and the apartments are really furnished to a high standard. If I was to pick out one thing that had us a little anxious, it was the potential for setting off the smoke alarm when cooking. The location for our Summer holiday was excellent. We got to walk some trails,...

“Cleaning every 3 days is poor.”

“Where to start. No instructions given via Vrbo (as told via Expedia listing) on how to check in. Found the key in an envelope with my name on it, nobody to be seen. Tried contacting via Expedia to see how to check in and got an answer 12 hours later - terrible service from Expedia also. Wanted the city tax in cash which was no problem, but no introduction or conversation about...

“Kurzfristig gebucht, kann ich nur empfehlen. Appartement zentral in Kitzbühel!”

“Besonders gut ist die Lage des Hotels, die Grösse der Appartements und die Qualität der Küche. Dabei ist festzuhalten, dass wir im Tennerhof gegessen haben. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Zutrittskontrolle zum Römerhof.”

“Situated right on a main road, the traffic noise made the balcony less enjoyable. The apartment was okay for the basics, but cleanliness and upkeep fell short of 4-star expectations, with signs of wear, a tired kitchen, and minor maintenance issues. The weekday breakfast was very simple and limited. Given the price, we didn't feel fully comfortable and wouldn't return.”

“Beware of the slightly hidden fee!! Read this before booking! The stay was overall good. It was a very nice treat with the included summercard which allowed us to travel on all the buses and take hikes etc without extra cause. That aside I think this stay has a slightly shady ad. First of all, we rented the studio and only 2 or 3 of the photos were actually from the studio apartment we rented, the other pictures are from another place. 2nd there’s a cleaning fee that is pretty hefty and I think...
