“Appartamento spazioso. Materasso comodo e nel complesso ben arredato. Unica pecca ho dovuto chiamare la reception per farmi spiegare come fare il self check-in. Anche l'insegna della struttura non è troppo chiama. Ad ogni modo per chi prenoterà qui la macchinetta per il self check-in è a sinistra della porta dell'ascensore, vicino al distributore automatico del caffè. L'accesso della struttura è davanti all'ingresso del centro fitness a fianco al supermercato Norma.”

“Una pensioncina molto carina, pulita, situata a due passi da autobus e metro che portano al centro. Se dovessi tornare a Berlino, riutilizzerei questa struttura.”

“I thought tha apartment was very well connected to the U-bahn and the S-bahn lines. Despite being close to the S-bahn line and on a street, it turned out to be very quiet at night thanks to the good windows. In the area you can find lots of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets and although it can look a bit dangerous in the evening, I had no problems whatsoever ”

“Edificio DDR style sorto sull'area dei bunker antiaerei nazisti, accanto al memoriale per gli ebrei assassinati d'Europa, a 2 passi dalla porta di Brandeburgo.....what else?”

“I was staying with my friend and her family. And we wanted a home base for the kiddo to spread out/rest after a busy day exploring. This place was perfect. We were greeted immediately and warmly. I felt very well taken care of and would stay here again.”

“US family (2 adults, 2 young children) and 2 friends in town for the Berlin marathon. Overall, the property accommodated all of us well and I was very pleased! Pros:Great location, nice neighborhood in proximity to various restaurants, markets/grocery stores, and metro. Overall property was clean, adequately stocked bathroom & kitchen, and enough towels and blankets for our stay. We stayed 3 nights so you'd definitely need more towels beyond that. Washing machine was available but no way to dry...

“Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Dafür war die Wohnung völlig in Ordnung. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir jedoch etwas anderes mieten – mit so vielen Personen ist es doch etwas eng. Sehr gut fanden wir, dass sich direkt gegenüber eine Pizzeria befindet und der Bäcker nur etwa hundert Meter entfernt ist.Eine kleine Anmerkung: Die Kaffeemaschine und das Backblech waren leider nicht sauber.”

“Das Appartement war eimwandfrei. Selbst Kaffe wurde zu Verfügung gestellt. Sauber, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Auch sehr flexibel.. wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken als geplant. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank!! ”
