Questa casa familiare si trova a Roundhill Village su 1/3 acri con due lotti liberi su ogni lato, che è grande per la privacy. Puoi persino rubare un picco del Lago Tahoe dalla cucina e dal ponte! La nostra grande cucina comprende una stufa a gas a 6 fuochi con 2 forni, ideale per una colazione o una cena. Un grande frigorifero e lavastoviglie fianco a fianco completano la cucina. Sul ponte, proprio fuori dalla cucina, c'è un barbecue fornito propano (utensili da barbecue sono nei cassetti proprio dentro la porta scorrevole in vetro)

Il soggiorno al piano di sopra è dotato di una TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici e un sistema di soundbar Bluetooth Sony in grado di riprodurre musica dal telefono, dai dispositivi o dal televisore. C'è anche un camino a doppia faccia che si trova tra il soggiorno e la cucina.

C'è anche una grande camera familiare al piano di sotto che ha un altro grande tv da 55 pollici, biliardino tavolo da biliardo e viene fornito con un grande bar, completo con un lavandino, lavastoviglie e un piccolo frigorifero.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king California con una TV a schermo piatto da 37 pollici e due porte scorrevoli in vetro sul ponte posteriore. C'è una Spa come bagno collegato che vanta una grande vasca idromassaggio e una grande doccia a vapore doppia testa doccia.

Camera 2 ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo proprio fuori dalla porta che è anche il bagno principale al piano di sopra.

Camera 3 ha un letto matrimoniale con cabina armadio e proprio bagno proprio fuori dalla porta collegata al soggiorno

Camera da letto 4 ha due letti singoli con un bagno proprio fuori dalla porta

La camera da letto 5 ha 2 set di letti a castello, il che è fantastico per i bambini di poter uscire tutti insieme! Il bagno è proprio fuori dalla porta tra le camere 4 e 3

La sesta camera da letto è l'unità di suocera che si trova al piano inferiore della casa. Ha un ingresso separato, letto matrimoniale, bagno completo con vasca e un angolo cottura con piastra elettrica, lavello, forno a microonde e un piccolo frigorifero. È disposto come una camera d'albergo con un armadio, tv a schermo piatto con cavo, e il suo patio piccolo ponte fuori dall'entrata che si affaccia sulla foresta dietro la casa!

Il soggiorno al piano di sotto ha un divano estraibile e spazio per un materasso ad aria queen che viene fornito e riposto nell'armadio principale. Biancheria da letto e cuscini extra sono nei built-in proprio dentro la camera da letto principale.

Cozy Cabin centrally located in South Tahoe

Kevin our vrbo host, had great communication throughout our stay. The cabin was close to heavenly village and all the activities for the family outings on 4th of July week ! Very close to the beach to watch the fireworks. Cabin was clean and had many rooms to accommodate a big family. We highly enjoyed our stay in Tahoe ! Thank you for our yummy welcome basket it was a delight !

Great stay for a large group

Close distance to heavenly. Lots of rooms and bathrooms for our extended family to spread out which was balanced with large gathering spaces. Having one room and bathroom on the main floor made it easier for Grandpa with more limited mobility. The majority of the bedrooms are downstairs and the in law suite does require going outside to access.

Birthday Celebration

The property is amazing for a large group of people. Plenty of space to be together or apart with several areas to sit and chat or watch tv. The in-law suite was perfect for me. It has it's own bathroom, microwave, toaster oven and hotplate. It is on the bottom floor attached to the house. Three decks on the back keep the house accessible from every room. Kevin, our host, was amazing. Prompt responses to our questions and very accommodating with an early and late check out. He also checked in with us after our arrival to make sure we didn't need anything. This experience is what we always hope for but rarely get when traveling. I look forward to booking here again.

Exceptional Experience Every Year!

Our company has had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home every year for the American Century Golf Tournament, and it never disappoints! The home itself is immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed, providing the perfect blend of comfort. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the golf tournament and nearby attractions, making our stay both convenient and enjoyable. Great house & host!

We are a group of friends that have done a ski trip together for over 30 years. We have stayed many places & this was definitely one of our favorites! The kitchen was well equipped & had plenty of space for us all to gather around while the amateur chef's showed off their skills. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so there was no skiing but we had plenty to do at the house taking advantage of the poker table, pool table, etc. When roads were closed heading out - we called up Kevin and he was easily able to extend us a day so we could travel safely home. We are definitely going to stay here again!

Fun large cabin

We had a great stay. Plenty of space and restrooms for everyone, big kitchen, pool table, foosball. Easy drive to South Lake and the Heavenly lifts. We loved it. The owner even bought a high chair for a 9 month old in our group! The home is a little older than it looks in the photos, but that’s pretty typical for rentals in Tahoe. Overall five stars for sure.

Mini Vacay

A group of us decided to take a little mini vacation from everyday life and this house did not disappoint! The game room was awesome and the kitchen had everything we needed! Kevin the host made sure we had all we needed and made the check in/out process easy. Definitely added to our list of houses to look at for the next time we all decide to go for a little R&R.

Great Weekend Catching up with Old Friends

This is an amazing property. I have a group of friends (some of us family) from NCAL, SCAL, Utah, and Florida that try to come to the Tahoe area once a year to hang out, barbecue, play video games, hit the lake, and go to the casinos. We wish we found this place sooner. We had a great time hanging out on the multiple decks, watching movies in the living room, and gaming in the game room. We actually spent more time in the house than expected because we were enjoying our time. It's a great place to connect with old friends. Kevin was wonderful and easy to work with. We'll be renting this place again, I'm sure.

Great Tahoe Vacation

A group of friends and myself stayed at Kevin’s house in Zephyr cove in mid August. We were very impressed with the house. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping quarters, the game room offers lots of activities during down time, and the location is great and closely connected with various activities to do throughout Lake Tahoe. Kevin was very receptive and active in communications and nicely left a welcome package on check-in that was awesome. I highly recommend this house and working with the Kevin to plan your stay.

3 Generation Family Vacation

Excellent home and superhosts!!

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to begin with our stay here! I brought a group of 12 of both friends and family to help celebrate my 30th birthday for my first time to Tahoe! Kevin went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and being available for any questions or concerns. We requested both a bit of an earlier check in and late check out due to our traveling plans, and Kevin went above and beyond to make it possible! This was hands down the best home rental experience we've ever had. The house is BEAUTIFUL! So much room for activities! The sound system and game room was an added perk. My friends and family had only compliments and good things to say about the place all weekend!! Plenty of room for individuals to do their own thing or gather together for games or meals. Plenty of showers and bathrooms. This place is 10/10. When we venture back to Tahoe, this will be the place! It's a quick drive to the casinos, beaches, restaurants, and other happenings around South Lake Tahoe. Thank you Kevin for your excellent hosting. You were the best host we've ever worked with! You seem like such a kind and accommodating person, so we cannot thank you enough for making our experience in Tahoe the best one yet! If you're between rental options, this is your ticket, you will love it and all it has to offer!

Epic Tahoe vacation spot!!!

Wow! What can I say about this gem, but...wow! So many bedrooms and a mother-in-law quarter with kitchen and private bathroom. Tucked away in a cute little community with views to die for. The owner was awesome to work with. He helped make our trip one to remember even during 6 feet of snow. Close to the town and casinos, so the location was perfect. We had so much fun sledding and playing in the snow. Full game room downstairs helped us kill time while being snowed in for 2 days. We WILL be renting this amazing home in the future.

The perfect house for all

The house had everything you need for a large party. We had adults, teenagers, and one child over a fun weekend. The location was close to all Tahoe has to offer. The house layout allowed everyone to have their space and play when needed. The manager was very responsive when we had questions or needed something. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to all.

Great Place for family gathering

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was for my wife's 70th birthday, and we needed a place that would house the whole family. The house was large, with two separate living areas. It was great to have the pool and game area downstairs where the kids (and an occasional adult) could play, along with a living room, kitchen and dining area upstairs, which was perfect for just relaxing, or gathering around the dinner table. Beds were all comfortable, although I would say sleeping is a little tight for 16 people. The owner was very responsive and available, although we really didn't require much assistance. The location is great, very close to main part of South Lake, but in a quiet neighborhood. The biggest issues were several - what I would call - deferred maintenance items, although nothing that impacted our stay. (This was my primary reason for 4 - not 5 - stars. The kitchen could have had a few more items, but was adequate for our short stay. Overall, we really enjoyed out stay, and would stay here again.

The property is better than it looks in the picture, clean and comfortable. The owner is kind and responsive. We (6 adults and 4 kids) had a great time here. The only thing disappointed the kids is that the foots ball is not working well. Helpfully the owner could get it fixed soon.
