“Excellent property and property manager. House is huge with amazing overviews of Lake Tahoe. Both Gondola and Nevada base station of Heavenly are nearby, along with South Lake Tahoe casinos. Great for families with kids or larger group of friends. Great game room, pool and 2 grand pianos - though one was not really in tune :)

“The room was just okay. I don’t understand why they can’t take the time to fix loose faucets, clean stains off of the couch, repair holes on the bathroom walls, etc., when you’re paying that kind of price for a room. Woke up to a banging noise at 4:00am, that happened 3 more times, which we believe was from the hvac. Definitely not top of the list for a place to stay at Stateline. ”

“Room was insanely dirty had cobwebs in the bathroom and a/c areas floor was so dirty had to put on my shoes on to walk around , staff was pretty nice , sheets were dirty just all around dirty. ”
