The employees are very nice you need to check in at the hotel and they will give you your key. We got early and they hold our luggage. Also in Zurich not all hotels have air conditioning but I think this is normal, know that the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. “Great studio. It has a fully equipped kitchen. 10 minutes walk to both railway stations and to the sunnega funicular. Tip: Use the ski rack at sunnega station if you don't want to carry your skis to the studio every day.”

“The property was perfect and extremely affordable and accommodating. It is only a 5 minute walk from the train station that goes to zermatt. It is perfect if you plan on visiting zermatt and going skiing. Paul and his wife who are the hosts are extremely accommodating and some of the best hosts I’ve ever had. The place was a 10/10 stay and definitely recommend.”
