Zetland Lifeboat Museum: Tour e Visite Guidate

Staff not very helpful when I was not able to get wifi and get my codes for the property phoned them three times and still haven't had a call back had to ride around in car to get wifi sorted myself in end

Cottage was ok but after booking through hotels.com I was contacted by Host & Stay and advised I had to pay an additional fee for a damage waiver. Alternatively I could pay a deposit but they take an admin fee so you don’t get the full amount back plus they state they may take 14 days to refund.
