“The hotel was really good and it's situated very close to the south gate scenic area transport station, so easy access to the mountain. The staff were amazing and friendly even though they couldn't speak English they're always willing to help and engage. One staff member was very accommodating and helped me on numerous occasions, her name being Elsa Zhang, she was very helpful and showed me around the place so I knew where to go. The rooms were also comfortable and nice to sleep in ”

We had experienced delays getting in and had not allowed enough time to see the things we wanted to in Huangshan. But the hotel accommodated an extra night, with breakfast and also assisted us in getting transport to and from our activities. Leur bâtiment a été détruit et ils n'arrivent pas à changer l'adresse sur le site, leur téléphone n'était plus attribué et nous n'avons reçu que leur dernier message au dernier moment, alirs que nous allions payer un autre hôtel. Expérience très stressante. Le lit était trop dur et nous avons eu très mal au dis le matin.”
