“Not so nice experience in the beginning but gets better after that. Disappointed that there are no 1. welcome email prior to arrival 2. not even a welcome card from the resort GM. More disappointed to know, there is no GEM appointed to our room. “I thought the hotel was in down town Chengdu. As it turned out it is 50km away. Google map make a mistake indicating the worng location. But the hotel was great.”
