“客房乾淨，員工有禮，只差在早餐，8:30去吃飯菜都沒了也不補。”

“試營運中，空間規劃以目前價格來說還可以，只是我們當天入住的608房門口直接就是走廊的玻璃門打開時，真的很難進去還有浴室廁所的也是，真的空間設計的便利性需要改進都會容易撞到人！ 尚有飲水機目前都無法使用，房間的4瓶水可能對於有小孩的人來說會擔心不夠用！ 但整體算安靜舒適啦！建議可以再注意空間使用的便利性！”

“We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property. “我們這次入住是景觀房，房間也算大，我們住的是3樓從房間望出去剛好前方正在蓋大樓，但還是可以看到一些綠色草皮，房間位置配置都還蠻好的，但浴室蓮蓬頭的水溫會忽冷忽熱，洗澡真是一種挑戰，希望這方面可以改進。 早餐的部分是提供中式西式合併的套餐，只有飲料可以自助選擇，可能是我們是平日住宿，所以提供的是套餐。 整體來說，地理位置離市區偏遠，喜歡遠離城市或是打高爾夫球的人是不錯的選擇。”
