Cucina attrezzatissima, parcheggio, piscina! "Punta Marina 302" è una bella struttura, il check-in è stato gestito da personale presente sul posto, che resta anche disponibile per ulteriori eventuali richieste successive. Torneremo”

“Couldn't ask for a better location & views. Walking distance to all the local beaches, markets, grocery store and various restaurants. Cabs readily available if needed. Pool area quiet & relaxing with the ocean just steps away for waves. Julien is awesome, met us when we arrived, made sure we had all we needed and answered all of our questions during our stay, Ziggy is very helpful & on-site regularly, greatly appreciated. Would stay at this location again.”

“My husband and I and two of our kids in their early 20s stayed for a week and simply adored the property and the destination of Zihuatenajo. The staff at La Casa Que Ve Al Mar was friendly and helpful, the pools and grounds were impeccably kept and the view was breath-taking! Larry was very responsive in communicating when we had questions both before and during our trip. For reference, the condo is in a hilly area. If you plan to walk to and from the beach or restaurants near the canal or...

“We recently stayed from Apr 8 to 18 in this condo. It was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen is well stocked, pool is beautiful and the staff at the Bayview were so friendly and helpful. There are many great restaurants within walking distance so we were able to explore the town of Ixtapa.I wouldn’t change a thing and highly recommend this property.”

“Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing.”

“This property is amazing inside and the view outside. Great hosts who keep a well appointed unit. Weekly cleaning service provided. Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!”

“Shelley’s place is wonderful! Clean and comfortable in the heart of the Madera district. Just a few blocks from the beach. Amazing restaurants around every corner of the La Ceiba complex. Shelley was very helpful before and during our stay. She gave excellent recommendations for a variety of attractions. Her property manager, Vanessa, was attentive and willing to assist us at a moments notice. We would love to return for a future vacation! Shelley’s place is highly recommended!”

“A great place to stay. Nice pool, quiet safe area of Ixtapa, beautiful scenery. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, and it was very spacious. Good air conditioning throughout, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make meals, and host is very quick to respond to questions.”

The Property Manager, Jaime, is onsite and just the nicest man you’ve ever met! The experience here is wonderful, you won’t be disappointed!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best view in Zihuatanejo! The location can’t be beat. Ten minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to town. The staff was very helpful, refilling our water dispenser when needed and calling a cab for us any time of day. 24/7 security guard. We did have one small problem with the clothes dryer but it was fixed immediately. We usually don’t stay at the same place twice, but this condo is worthy of a return visit.”

“Near of the beach "La Ropa", it takes 5 minutes walking there, no need of communication with staff, they give you the keys for locked doors and open anytime. Very safe place, the best for relaxing. I did not hear any noise after 10pm.”
