“Great breakfast, clean rooms.”

“Could not sleep due to staff literally trashing out a hotel room next to mine. If they knew this was scheduled they should’ve put us in a further room, they were dumping stuff out, banging on the walls with hammer and moving furniture. Completely disrupted any relation we wished to find. The pool is very cold and the breakfast area only has seating for three families. The cleaning ladies do not say hi they just stare you down. The only nice person was the man at the front desk”

“We always stay here when we visit Yakima. This trip, unfortunately, was below their usual high standards. Our room wasn't serviced one day, front office staff didn't relay requests to service staff re a room change, the breakfast juice machine was out of order during our long stay, and the shower drain had backed up (this was fixed later that day). To repeat, this was an exception to our previous experiences.”
