Incredibile Lake House e bellissimi colori autunnali!

Questa tranquilla casa sul lago si trova a solo 1 ora da Twin Cities! Situato sul lato ovest del Little Elk Lake (vicino a Zimmerman, MN) e si trova su una proprietà alberata di 1 acro con una vista mozzafiato, esposta a sud-est, sul lungolago perfetto per albe spettacolari.

Scopri tutti i colori dell'autunno con escursioni attraverso il Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge o la Minnesota Sand Dunes State Forest. Alla fine della giornata esplorando, rilassati e guarda i colori dell'autunno che si riflettono pacificamente sul lago. Cattura la partita di calcio vichingo sulla gigantesca tv a proiezione da 4 pollici da 155 pollici nel soppalco al piano superiore.

Di recente, la casa è stata magnificamente rinnovata con una splendida cucina per includere un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino. Dotato di nuovi mobili. È semplicemente dichiarato, un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi con la famiglia e gli amici, godersi una tazza di caffè al mattino nel patio o magari sorseggiare un bicchiere di vino la sera mentre il sole tramonta. Può ospitare fino a 16 persone. 1 letto king-size, 2 letti queen-size, 1 divano futon completo. 4- divani letto matrimoniali estraibili e 1- divano letto doppio estraibile. Per finire, è un ampio loft 21'x30 'dotato di un mobile bar e di un frigorifero sottopiano è un ottimo posto per bambini e nipoti per scappare e passare il tempo mentre gli adulti si rilassano sul lungolago.

Questo rifugio per tutto l'anno situato in posizione strategica sul lago è un modo fantastico per trascorrere del tempo su un lago in estate pescando e navigando, godendo di spettacolari colori autunnali, e in inverno pesca sul ghiaccio e motoslitta. Accesso estremamente comodo all'area di varo in estate e al sistema di piste per motoslitte del Minnesota in inverno.

Beautiful !

We had an awesome vacation at this beautiful home. Our grandkids spent all day fishing and swimming, hard to get them ouut of the water. We had lots of laughs, lots of fun and made great memories. The home was clean and fit our needs. Joan was very quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend to stay at this property..

Perfect gathering place

Beautiful location

A couple of friends and I went for a weekend getaway. Beautiful location. We had a little problem with hot water--the property manager took care of it quickly. The lake is beautiful with lots of bird sightings.

Leadership Retreat

Our college ministry took a weekend away for our leadership retreat and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious. The views of the lake were amazing. We definitely would love to come back.

Beautiful Minnesota Experience

We visited in March so couldn't use the lake but enjoyed watching the amazing waterfowl gather and interact including merganzers, buffleheads, giant Canadian geese and swans!! We also watched shore birds hunt including a great blue heron that stalked the shore leaving footprints in the sandy bottom visible through the beautifully clear water. We enjoyed watching over the beautiful scene with coffee in the morning and wine at night. We enjoyed the many outdoor seating options We hiked the nearby Sherburne wildlife area and saw swans nesting and cranes in the fields and marshes. The home is beautifully finished with thoughtful extras available like spices and bath products. Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxed time in this welcoming home.

Great place on the lake

We enjoyed our winter weekend stay very much! We were a group of 14 ages 17-70. We had fisherman in the group and brought our own fishhouse, which helped with sleeping (4 slept on the lake in fish house), the other 10 slept in the house, and I think you'd be hard pressed to actually sleep 16 as advertised, unless you have smaller kids who can sleep anywhere, as the majority of the beds were sleeper sofas, which our group did not find very comfortable. The loft room is awesome with huge TV, there is also limited seating for larger groups at meal time, but none the less, we had a great time and would recommend this rental, but maybe pack some air mattresses or alternative sleep options if you have fussy sleepers! Host had great communication and the home was very clean!

Cousin Time

The house worked great for our family gathering. The kids especially liked having the loft area as their “hangout”. Lots of space for different activities. The nice big kitchen worked well with multiple cooks.

Great Stay

This was my second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time. House is very clean and completely stocked with everything you could need. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Yard is beautifully manicured. Joan is a great host. I can't wait to go back again!

Perfect cabin getaway!

We hosted a girls weekend and had an absolute blast. It was perfectly located just an hour away from the cities and was big enough to give everyone their space yet had a cozy vibe to spend meaningful time with your favorite people! We used their dock to store our rented boat, which worked great. And spent most of our time sitting on their patio taking in the beautiful view. Joan was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely return!

Family vacation

We had the absolute best time! This house was perfect for our entire family including our two toddlers. The house was clean, family friendly, and absolutely beautiful. The dock was excellent for little ones to play by. Having the additional kayaks available was also a huge plus! This vacation was memorable to say the least. We are already looking forward to our next vacation in Zimmerman!

Great Place for Family Gathering!!

We loved this property for our summer weekend with our kids and grandkids! The home is large enough to accommodate all of us, it's well kept, very clean and well stocked. The grand kids loved the large movie/tv room which they designated as "their space" when they were inside. The home sits on a beautiful piece of lakefront property with ample space on both a patio and a deck. We enjoyed fishing off the dock plus tubing and swimming in the lake. We will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect property for our family vacation!

We were super impressed with this vacation rental- the property was beautiful and clean, and well stocked with all the necessities! We loved cooking on the island range, the deck and porch were perfect outdoor spaces, and the dock was the nicest we’ve seen with built-in seating and shade umbrellas! The loft area was great for our teen daughter and her two friends- we didn’t even hear them from the other side of the house. Already booked again for next year!

Great cabin for large groups!

Clean, beautiful home with lots to do! Accommodates large group and has everything you need! Bonus space above garage was great for all of us to hang out together. Water toys and lake area were perfect! Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun

This property has plenty of room for lots of family fun. The house is inviting with a good size kitchen, living room that looks out to the lake and a huge loft for really spreading out, watching a movie on the big screen or for playing games. There is a great yard and fire pit for making s'mores and just enjoying a fire. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!
