“It was clean, contemporary, very nice. If you plan to use the hot tub let the front desk know 30 min before you plan to use it. Otherwise, great stay!”

“Clean and pretty large room, and the price is expensive but very reasonable for summer season in St. Helena, where most places are in the $600-800 range, and this one almost half. Liked that it wasn’t “corporate”. The grounds are kept pretty nice. Also liked that it was pet friendly… easy a nice places to walk your pup around the hotel too. Peaceful spot overall and literally next to some of the world’s best restaurants and vineyards.”

“The staff was great and provided a lot of recommendations. The location was decent if you had a car, not much in walking distance except a few restaurants. The room was clean and the breakfast was a small continental breakfast area.”

“The front desk had a person but I had to check in thru a kiosk with a serpate employee that I couldn’t understand. Then the AC worked for a few hours then stopped working. Room was 80 degrees the whole night. The Breakfest staff was extremely nice and accommodating”

“No towels. No soap. No shampoo. Nothing. Had to go down to office several times to ask the very friendly and helpful staff member for items. Bathroom was very dirty. Brown stuff all over the walls, that comes right off with a damp towel. Hair all over the beds. Shower was completely filled with dirt and sand. Also, only a tiny fraction of toilet paper in the bathroom upon arrival. Had to ask staff for that as well. For what I paid, it was more money than it’s worth. Very saddened that I had to...

“THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE! I would have given it 5 stars if not for the bathroom fan. According to the staff member at the desk when we checked out, the hotel has a central system that runs on a timer to clear steam, etc. from the bathrooms. Unfortunately, none of us (3) DID NOT shower at the right time when that system was timed to run. On the last day of our 2 night stay while we were leaving the room with our luggage on a cart and no one was in the shower, the fan finally came on! ...
