“Everything was great except the hot tub faucet was leaking and the hot tub shower spray was faced away from the hot tub so when it was turned on he shower spray happened in the room.”

“We had a nice stay, only for one night for a concert in Waukegan. Only issue was a large group outside in the parking lot that were very loud. This went on until after 2am. It appears they need security to walk the parking lot. We didn’t feel unsafe, I believe it was just a group from the hotel who wanted to keep their party going. ”
