“The expedia site said this hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub, a major factor in my decision on this hotel. When i got there i found neither. Very disappointing.”

“This hotel was a ghost town when I stayed. Hardly saw any other guests. Restaurant food was not amazing for the price. pool was closed. Quick shop was not well stocked. It’s a beautiful hotel. It’s a shame it doesn’t have more buzz. Not much security. Didn’t feel entirely safe as a solo Traveler. I don’t even think I saw a security guard at all. “Arrived at hotel late evening. Check in was fine. Room was clean. Suitable to spend the night. Next morning found the issue when the room had no hot water. Tried calling front desk. No answer. Breakfast was sub par even for a low ”

“This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The gentleman that checked me in was rude. The room was not clean. It smelled of smoke. The heating unit also smelled and was incredibly loud. The volume on the tv did not work. The towels were dirty. The ice machine was out of order. None of that truly mattered, as my reason for being there was to get a decent nights rest after 10 hours of driving. I was woken up at 130 am by a man and woman screaming at each other. It was a domestic dispute....

“Reasonable room for the cost. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rm 408 noticed water on the floor around the toilet after flushing. Would have been nice if coffee and a TV station list had been available.”
