I clearly remember setting it down while packing in a rush. I understand that leaving the item was my mistake. However, when I contacted the hotel, I was told multiple times that nothing was found. It’s very hard to believe that a noticeable item like a speaker simply disappeared without being seen by housekeeping. This situation is disappointing...
