“From Day 1 to our last Day of check out the hotel staff has treated us so well. Always greeting us with a smile. Our room always comes clean and with fresh towels. Gym and pool area are also very updated and clean. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with a wide selection of light to heavy meals. “Front office staff were very helpful, respectful, and friendly. This is a review of the hotel room conditions. First room was awful. Leaking faucet and disgusting looking sink, with mottled caulking. I complained so We were transferred to another room. No hot water and the shower head was spraying mist instead of water. “I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator. My husband is just recovering from 2 surgeries and room has no private bathroom when it was disclosed rooms have private bath. Aircon is not working well— not conducive to the kind of current weather. I ended up leaving the hotel to transfer to a better one with much better conditions.”
