“This was a beautiful location. Hard to get to... 3 hours drive from Maputo and you basically have to hire a driver. The staff was warm and lovely and always wanting to help make the vacation ideal. Only after you pay the non refundable fee, they send you a message saying they’re doing work on site and do not have a working restaurant. “The staff were sweet and the restaurant was great. However there is a general lack of maintenance . Wasn’t just us, on speaking to other guests they all had issues with their rooms. We had three rooms 1) First room had a leak in the roof- occasionally. Probably when upstairs was showering 2) Second room -Electricity kept tripping and needed to be continually requested to switch back on 3) third room had an underground leak which FLOODED the entire room.
