“Unfortunately the location showed the apartment was located at Playa Bonita but it is actually located in Chumical which is 20km away. We were advised by friends who reside in Playa Bonita, whom we wanted to stay close to, that taxis/Uber’s dont go to Chumical and the area is for “adventurous” travelers so we forfeited our non-refundable booking. The host offered a different date but this didn’t resolve the above concerns. ”

“The property was clean and as described. However, the hot water cut out every few minutes when showering. The hand soap in each bathroom was not usable since they put regular soap in a container meant for foam (they also had bars of soap so it was ok).”

“Great views and a relaxing time was had at this comfortable sea side duplex. We were the only renters so we had the whole yard and pool to ourselves. Bob was an excellent resident owner host and the support staff of Maria and Ilariao were perfect and there when we needed help. Getting to Michi was an adventure especially at night and at the end of Mardi Gras...the road and the citizens were a challenge. “The views were amazing and the house was great size for our family of 12. Having multiple bedrooms all with an attached bathroom. There were many concerns however. The host response was delayed; sometimes up to 3 days. The water took some time to warm up and sometimes the water shut off completely. The water flow in the kitchen was terrible making it difficult to wash anything. Th amount of cooking utensils was limited. There was only one working knife. There was not enough flatware, dishes,...
