“At my arrival there was no one and no information about the room, it took half hours to get information. TV in room do not work. Bathroom and wc in sad conditions. There is a good furniture in living room and kitchen. ”

“This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. There wasn't a single water glass in the room, the minibar was empty, the wall outlet in the bathroom was rickety, the shower had very little water pressure, and there was only one sheet on the bed—no blankets. All the facilities in the room were very old and lacked maintenance. The key card stopped working after just one day, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise every twenty minutes, disturbing my rest. This was truly a terrible...

“A equipe bem gentil, mas tivemos no nosso quarto 71. Quando chegamos a água não esquentava do chuveiro e pia. No terceiro dia saiu uma água amarelada quando ligava o chuveiro quente e da pia também. CAfé da manhã é excelente. Há um certo barulho de trânsito nas ruas, mas no geral o hotel é muito bom.”

“El hotel está en una zona buena y de fácil acceso. Es un hotel antiguo y necesita un poco de renovación, las habitaciones son normales pero nada espectacular. El desayuno si fue un poco decepción. No tenían mucho que ofrecer y al final decidimos ir a desayunar a otro sitio durante nuestra estadía. Llegamos a las 11pm al hotel y tardamos 1 hora es hacer checking y solo éramos dos personas para registrarnos. Muy lento el proceso. Para estadías cortas está aceptable. ”
