“The ceilings were damaged and leaking. There was an over whelming smell of mold down stairs. The pool was over crowded with people who DID NOT STAY THERE! They were walking straight from their cars to and from the pool. They were so loud morning, day and night. The kids were so rowdy they were shooting us from across the room with water guns. Staff knew because you could hear them from the lobby! The breakfast cafe was closed for no reason and yes this was during the hours they were supposed to...

“Danielle was excellent. Our tv didn’t work and she changed our room with an upgrade. The floors could be cleaned a little better. Other than that the rooms were very nice and pretty well equipped. The young man who I think set up the breakfast bar kept it very neat and clean. He was very cordial to us. I would stay there again if the opportunity comes again.”

“Inexperienced staff took 40 minutes to check me in and charged a really high security deposit of $560 for two nights which made me real nervous. Dirty wash cloth left in shower from previous guest. Pool was broken and so was the waffle maker.”

“The facility was clean, the staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient.
The only negative was that the only functional ice machine was on the first floor.
I would highly recommend this hotel and I will stay there in the future should the opportunity arise.”

“A fuir ! Les petits déj sont dispos uniquement le WE, pas de balance pour peser les valises, personnel très peu investi, ont déclaré une piscine sur Expedia, il n'y en a pas.
De plus, des gros travaux commencent à 7h du matin sans que nous ayons été prévenus en amont, chambre bruyante au 9e étage (ascenseurs ? Soufflerie ? Laverie ? Bruits incessants, h24), pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes quotidien et le café dans les chambres n'est pas réapprosionné durant le séjour.

“We had a nice stay. Was disappointed to find that they charged me $25 per night as a pet fee. There was no mention of the additional charge on the site. The pool was a little messy but we have had an abundance of rain in the area recently! At check-in, there had been a power disruption and their computers went down. It took us about 45 minutes to check in. Overall, I would stay there again.”
