Terrible service and deceitful adverts
I did not stay atvthe hotel because on my arrival atvthe hotel, I was told thete was no room for me. The said they do not honour bookings done online or through a 3rd party such as hotel.com, hence I was left stranded and had get a taxi to physically look for another hotel. Its such a bad service ...

The breakfast was okay and there is a near-by market place for all grocery needs and a shoprite for other needs. The rooms are clean and well upgraded.

My room was full of flies, and, even after the staff came 2 times to use the spray product, the insects would still reappear. I think they have to do a serious treatment. The staff is nice and helpful though. I guess is just an old facility, I preferred the Nordic hotel they closed down, that was ...
