Villa Gaïa is located not far from the heavenly bay of Pinarello, close to the beaches of Ovo Santu and Fautea, with the Alta Rocca mountains as a backdrop.
Hiking in the forests of Ospedale and the swimming pools of Cavu are just a few minutes away by car.
To the south, the villa enjoys a sea view of the Tour de Pinarello over an area of unspoilt scrubland, and to the west, a view of the mountains.

The house stands on a 5,200 m² plot of scrubland.
This 130 m² property comprises a living room and dining room opening directly onto the terrace through large bay windows.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a pantry for storage.

The villa sleeps 6:
