“Breakfast offerred varied selection. The desk staff was extremely helpful. Our room needs were a bit different from other guests because we needed to modify the heavy bed covers and the housekeeping staff was helpful with our use of sheets & towels.”

Pulizia della camera su richiesta, così se non amate che personale esterno entri nella vostra camera durante il soggiorno, la privacy è assicurata. Locker per i bagagli gratuiti al piano interrato, insieme ai bagni e alla palestra. Nel complesso, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei sicuramente”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, housed in a charming historic building that reflects part of Helsinki's heritage. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The main issue was the room cleaning: it was not done on a daily basis. Every evening, upon returning to the hotel, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned and wait—exhausted—in the lobby. To make matters worse, we were even told that we had asked the staff not to clean the room—an absurd and offensive accusation,...
