“My stay was almost excellent. A lovely, clean room with good facilities and a comfy bed. The staff were mostly great - especially in Branfords where the female staff in particular were hardworking, super-friendly and cheerful and in the gym/spa where they were all pleasant and helpful. I had a lovely massage by Teira (?) and enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. The breakfasts were excellent too. The maids worked hard also and were very sweet. “Decent facilities and room for the prices so good value for money. We dealt with Richard who was helpful and upfront. Room came with fridge, microwave and cooker so that was good. Was able to also get secure parking for car. The process of parking is a bit manual though, requiring someone to open a lock with a key and manually lift barrier. Could do with a modern barrier system. Only other negative, very difficult to communicate with Hotel beforehand but all works out when you get a text...

“Superb B&B. Met with a friendly welcome, and room available in good time. Loved the location on the sea front, just round the corner from the Main Street. Room was as advertised, and couldn’t fault. Breakfast cooked to order which was a nice touch.”
