“Welcoming staff, clean lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was really good and attendants working there were very helpful and kind. The area surrounding the building is great, easy access to highway and lots of shopping and places to eat in the area. Now to the room…. The room appeared to be clean, it is roomy and has a nice kitchenette, stocked very nice. Bed was not as comfy as we’d like, and the pillows are very small and almost completely flat, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. And then…. after...

“Room 144 had a terrible smell, shower tub didn’t drain, exhaust fan didn’t work and it took for ever to get warm water in the shower. I could hear every single door that was getting open and close, I could hear the next door room using the shower and there was a construction next to the hotel, outside the room from the window.”

“Property is run down. Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Cleaning staff brought new towels once in 5 days and emptied the trash in the room. Beds were not changed and room was not cleaned. This is a hotel where people live. Pool area was nice. ”
