“Clean room, friendly staff”

“When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station...

“A little bit dated”

“Bathroom floor tiles were dirty and grout looks it was never clean. Dirt on corners around the bathroom. Sofa bed looks dirty. AC was loud and air coming out at initial start was smelly.”

“My room smelled so badly of dog that I spent the 4 hrs there sneezing and coughing, then was charged 21.50 to park. Never again”

“The only negative thing or experience I had was that the room had no microwave or refrigerator and I was lodging on this property for 2weeks with my elderly (87 years old) father and that would have made a huge difference being that we had to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside ( restaurants which can become very expensive for 2 motel guests. If we would have had a microwave and refrigerator our meals would have been a healthier choice and least expensive. Because we could have grocery shop...

“The room was beautiful and quiet and the coffee espresso pods were delicious. Don’t understand why hotel bathrooms don’t have exhaust fans? The art was outstanding. We had brunch and it was good. Didn’t know about the rooftop pool. Staff could be a little more helpful with providing an overview of the amenities and they didn’t offer the WiFi password with. Super classy place and a great location.”

“This property is clean, but dies need a few updates. Mark, at the check in counter, was really nice and helpful. The lithchen staff also very nice. Breakfast was good.”

“The breakfast was very good. I had to ask twice for clean towels and once for a trashbag. My fire alarm woke me up chirping because, it needed a new battery. When I requested someone look at it, the head engineer came right away and changed the battery. Not one time during my two week stay did they change my bedsheets? The front office staff were very friendly. The fact they're pet friendly helped a lot. I checked out 2 days early but, I WAS charged for the two days I wasn't there. That part, I...
