Dear Mrs. Robin,Thank you for recent stay.I personally think it is rather ungrateful to give someone a much lower rating than the average because we have stairs, and before you book you can see an aerial picture where you can see exactly how many stairs we have, after all, the whole Mediterranean is like that. But despite that, we carried all your luggage before check in and after check out, which normally we don't have to, but you still have a negative comment about it.My advice is to book a hotel with an elevator next time (read 5 times more expensive).Regards, Danko

Lieber Gast,Vielen Dank für Ihren letzten Aufenthalt.Mein Vater ist von dieser Bewertung zutiefst enttäuscht, da er mir sagte, dass er einen tollen Kontakt zu Ihnen hatte.Was die Betten betrifft, haben wir neue Betten für das ganze Haus bestellt. Einige davon sind eingetroffen und wir haben sie bereits aufgestellt, aber bei einigen verzögert sich die Lieferung seitens des Herstellers und wird in den nächsten Monaten verfügbar sein.Die aktuellen sind auch sehr bequem.Was Insekten (von der Mücke bis zur Ameise) betrifft, so leben wir in einer sehr warmen Gegend und wir können nichts dagegen tun, und keines von ihnen ist gefährlich.Nur mit der Sauberkeit bin ich nicht einverstanden, das ist unsere Top-Kategorie und wir tun unser Bestes, um sie bestmöglich zu reinigen, worauf wir sehr stolz sind.Ich möchte noch hinzufügen, dass Sie einen Tag früher abgereist sind, und wahrscheinlich sind Sie enttäuscht, dass wir Ihnen letzte Nacht kein Geld zurückerstattet haben (Sie haben nicht gefragt), was normal ist, da es leer blieb und wir von der Nebensaison leben und unsere Kosten tragen .Wenn Sie wiederkommen, würden wir uns freuen, Sie bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen und Ihnen unsere bessere Einheit zur Verfügung zu stellen, um einen besseren Eindruck zu hinterlassen.Mit freundlichen Grüße,Danko

Dear Mrs. Marilyne,Thank you for recent stay.Thank you also for nice words.I totally understand that you didn't like location as customers needs are very different (somebody likes center, somebody not crowded), but now ( in the world of internet) it is very easy to see where exactly you go and what you can expect there, before you book.So I will take this comment as your fault for choosing location, not our minus, for mostly guests it was big plus which is visible on real reviews not only on this agency.So I personally advise you to research more where you go for your next trip.Regarding shampoo, etc... that is correct, but I would mention that on Expedia homepage of our house you can see 2 stars (from 5 possible, also 5+), so only villas with 4 and more stars are mandatory to have all those things you mentioned). Difference in stars is also difference in price.Regarding noise, that is also correct, our neighbor 3 parcel from us is doing some works for which he has permission, it is still not high season, but it is very close to the end, and there is nothing we can do about it.After 20 years in tourism I still don't get that mostly unsatisfied guests are taking time to write very detailed reviews, and also not mentioning pluses (which we are not mandatory to do) such as bringing luggage etc... and satisfied guests mostly don't have time to write their impressions with us.I hope you will have better rest of your holidays then you had here.Wish you all the best.Regards,Danko

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent stay and for nice words. I am truly disappointed with such a low rating, much lower then our average rating. I usually accept all the critics but in this case I won't. To be honest, you are the first our guest since 2001 who called touristic board, they called me then to collect you on bus station?? We couldn't do that because of high season obligations, and you were mad because of that, which is not real. Where one hotel/villa would be if they wait for all the guests on bus stations?? And I really don't know what did you expect for 163€ for 3 nights in brand new apartment in peak of high season? My friendly advise is to answer on somebody's message, that is very nice instead of leaving my message as seen, and I see you are able to write but afterwards your stay. My friendly advise for future, please book some high class hotel instead of private accommodation. Kind regards, Danko
