Was told that there was a sofa bed but it was just a sofa. But managed to switch to another apartment with a bigger sofa to sleep on

Children urinated sofa, no bedsheet for sofa bed, no blanket, no fan, no curtains, no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil, no cups, no toaster, no microwave, no working kitchen. We caught skin infection due to unhygienic conditions. The host asked to buy pillow and bedsheets from him when confronted the host agreed to provide new sofa bed, bedsheets, blanket and pillow next day which never arrived. The property is next to main line station therefore it is noisy throughout all night.
