I would like to share my experience to help future travelers.
The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. This lack of transparency made the experience quite unexpected for us.
We had informed the host in advance that we were a family of four, yet we were assigned a cramped attic space with very limited room. There was hardly any space to keep our luggage, and it was not comfortable for sleeping.
Additionally, the kitchen was not well equipped. There were not enough utensils, and several items were either not working or missing altogether (for example, no proper coffee pods or basic essentials). The towels provided were also of very poor quality.
Overall, the listing does not accurately reflect the actual setup or level of comfort. I would strongly recommend future guests to clarify all details beforehand to avoid disappointment.
