Please note: We ask that you read the
house rules before booking and follow them during your stay.

- In the event of loss or damage to fixtures and furnishings caused by an act or omission during your stay, repair costs will be charged.

- Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. If the toilet becomes clogged because you flushed it incorrectly, you will be charged for the cost of repairing the damage.

- Please do not dye your hair while staying with us. If dye stains on bed linens, towels, etc., cannot be removed, you will be charged for the cost of repairing such damage.


- QUIET HOURS: 22.00-09.00., If you notice a disruptive guest, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

- Trash should be sorted and placed in the appropriate trash bins. Then please place your trash bags in the designated trash container.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment (smoking is allowed on the balcony).

- We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables.

- Please do not bring your pets with you.
- Please turn off the power when you are not using it.
- Please do not take the towels or other items we provide with you when you leave.
- Please change your shoes when entering the room.
- Early check-in is possible subject to availability. Please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

- We generally do not accept requests to change reservations (i.e., reducing the number of nights). However, if you would like to add nights, we will be happy to assist you with the reservation change as long as the dates are available.
