Żurrieq is a traditional village in the south of Malta. The apartment is on Blue Grotto Avenue, the road that leads down to Wied iż-Żurrieq, where the boats leave for the Blue Grotto sea caves. 🌊

The Ħaġar Qim and Mnajdra temples are also close by, and the village centre has local shops, cafés and restaurants. 🏛️

🚌 Bus stops on Blue Grotto Avenue connect Żurrieq with Valletta and the rest of the island.
🚗 Free street parking outside the building. A car is the easiest way to explore the south coast.
✈️ Malta International Airport is a short drive away.

We have a strict no-noise policy. By booking, you agree to respect not only the house rules but also the quiet enjoyment of neighbours and shared common areas.

2. A Note on Nature 🐜☀️
During Malta`s warmer months, occasional sightings of ants can happen — it`s part of our sunny island life. We take prevention seriously and spray the property regularly. To help prevent them from coming inside, we kindly ask that you keep doors and windows closed. We also provide sprays and traps if needed.

3. Check-In & Check-Out 🕒
• Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and can`t always be guaranteed — but we`ll do our best when we can!

4. Self Check-In 🔑
Self check-in details and step-by-step instructions will be shared 24 hours before your arrival.

5. Waste Disposal & Local Fines 🚮
You`ll find waste collection schedules in your check-in guide. Please place waste only at the designated times — as local authorities monitor the streets, and incorrect disposal may result in fines.

6. Essentials Provided 🧴
We want you to feel right at home. Here`s what we provide for your stay:
• Shower gel
• Dish soap
• Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
• Dishwasher tablets (if applicable) — enough for 3–5 nights
• Garbage bags
• Fresh bed linens
• Towels (1 set per guest)

7. Guest Policy 👥
Only guests included in your booking are allowed to stay overnight.
If you`d like to invite an additional guest, please let us know in advance — a nightly charge may apply, and approval is required.

8. No Pets Allowed 🚫🐾

9. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the property.
Tampering with or removing smoke detectors will incur a charge.

10. Damages & Missing Items 🧾
Any damages or missing items will be charged to the booking guest. We ask you to treat the space with care and respect.
