Pretty cool place for family’s, kids loved to water park. Rooms are very tired and dated but were clean. I wouldn’t say it’s a good value by any means but if you find yourself in grand forks during bad weather and want to let the kiddos have fun it basically your only option. So yea

This hotel was great for the value! We needed a cheaper stay for a hockey tournament and chose this hotel based on price and reviews.
