“The hotel had only just opened from being reserved and it was lovely. When we arrived the receptionist kim was very friendly and helpful and told us we had been upgraded. The room was very big with a lovely modern bathroom.We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I had also already booked another stay in another hotel in the same road for June, which turned out to be the part of the same hotel and where we stayed. They aso own the pub opposite which had been redecorated recently...

“I booked this apartment 11 months in advance, and specifically this apartment because it was (and still is) being advertised that it has a sea view. Having looked forward immensely to a weekend by the sea, staying in an apartment overlooking the sea, you can imagine my disappointment on entering the apartment to find not one sea view from the apartment. On contacting the owner, he advised that as someone else had paid him more (through an alternative travel website) he gave the apartment...
