Buone strutture , piscine godibili , buona qualità e varietà del cibo, prenotazioni dei ristoranti assolutamente caotiche e disorganizzate che causano perdite di tempo notevoli .

From All rooms you can see the sea. Hotel very old, need a deep refresh. Nice pools and pool bar with very nice staff, easy access on the beach with lifeguard always there. Food much better at the buffet than in the other restaurants buit the bahamas steakhouse. Don't get crazy for book japanese or Others. Enjoy the buffet.

We traveled with a group of 10 people and had a great time. I highly recommend the swim out rooms so you also have a place to hang after being by the big pool or beach. The resort was able to accommodate us and get us into the same building, but not all next to each other. Dinner reservations were always ready before we arrived. The food was fine for a resort. The swim-up bar was the main spot we hung out. The beaches are beautiful and they were even clearing out the seaweed in front of the resort. Lots of activities. I would suggest a 4-night minimum to add on an excursion to explore off the resort as well. It is nice that Ambar is adults only, but we had access to all of the others within walking or tram distance. Had a fun time at the casino. It was smaller and didn't get much action until after 10 pm. Surprisingly not super busy and crowded for July.

Struttura sorprendente per acquari e giardini tenuti perfettamente . La spiaggia , bellissima, troppo affollata, disorganizzata con lettini fatiscenti e pessimo servizio. Sembra di stare in un complesso balneare di bassissimo livello. Tantissima gente nell hotel che urla e schiamazza. Le camere sono spaziose e bel tenute. Nel complesso deludente.

It was an absolute pleasant stay. The staff are just on another level, so kind and helpful! The beach attendant was very friendly and always checking in on us. And the front desk attendant are just a delight! You MUST check out drag brunch on Sunday, it’s a requirement. Super fun and the queens are fierce! Food and drinks are amazing. Already can’t wait for my next to Puerto Rico! I already miss my ocean view from my room! Highly recommend this stay!
