The customer service was excellent, special tanks from Ferdaws Jan. The rooms were very clean and big. Breakfast was perfect, beyond my expectations, the staff were very friendly when serving. The spa facility was very good. I already recommended to my our friends and family.

Hotel in buona posizione (15 minuti a piedi da piazza Registan). Camera decisamente piccola con due letti singoli molto stretti, bagno piccolo. Colazione appena sufficiente, ma niente altro che caffè americano, the e due succhi di frutta da bere. Decisamente scarsa la scelta. Molta apparenza e poca sostanza, considerando il prezzo.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel has constant problems with electricity, air conditioning, and water. I couldn’t sleep the entire night because the room was extremely hot and the AC wasn’t working. Staff kept promising, “20 more minutes” or “one more hour,” but nothing was fixed. Instead, they offered drinks and other extras. For this price, this is unacceptable. If you need a good night’s sleep, especially before a flight, I would strongly recommend choosing another hotel.

Ottima se si ha la macchina perché non vicina al centro ma struttura molto bella in zona sicura e silenziosa.

Service can be a little inconsistent, but most staff are very polite. We booked an apartment. It was clean, but the unit itself has a little age to it, and could do with some refreshment. No ironing board in the room. No cleaning cloth or washing detergent so you can't really cook anyway. The outdoor pool needed maintenance. The gym is very basic if you are used to big commercial gyms. They made us pay for two cups we "broke", but it was the vibration of the kettle that broke the cups. So be a little mindful if you are boiling the kettle. If the cups are stacked onto each other like a pyramid, take note to place them away from the kettle, even though the cups and kettles are already in position in a pre-cut wooden holder. They will still break. It's just 50,000 uzs but it just feels odd to charge us for something we didn't purposely break, and it was already stacked like this by the housekeeper. The hotel is away from the city centre and our travel plans were a little derailed when we tried to take a taxi on one of the days where the Samarkand Challenge was going on. The roads were blocked and we couldn't get to the city at all. Otherwise, it's still not too shabby or expensive to take a taxi back and forth.

Wir waren 3 Nächte zu Besuch in diesem kleinen süßen Hotel. Alles war, wie abgebildet und die Besitzer sehr nett. Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, ohne Taxi kommt man nicht weit. Dafür hat man einen Pool, um den heißen Mittag zu überbrücken, der jedoch auch im August sehr kalt ist.
