“The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Great location, great friendly staff, very clean, great pool, great service from all staff and operations, and very nice clean rooms. “We were charged for a bunch of things we didn’t use as well as double charged for resort fees. The prices are definitely steep and they were understaffed. The pools are small and were cloudy. The sound proofing is also poor. The staff was nice and the room was clean.”

“The front desk staff were awesome - gave us a later check out time due to an excursion we were on. However, the place needs a total renovation. The toilet wouldn't flush, the safe did not work, and the tub wouldn't drain. In general the walls, carpet, etc were in need of replacing. Plus $31 to park was outrageous. Would not stay there again.”

“Right off the bat, the experience at the front desk set the tone of the trip. We had to unpack our luggage from the car and repack it instead of it being delivered to the room. The pool staff don’t know what they are doing. We had a daybed booked and after being unaccommodating, we canceled it. They charged us full price for our drinks even though it was happy hour all day on Friday.
We had five people in a room. Two in each room and one left to sleep ok a futon. The futon was unstable when...
