“I’m not convinced this is a five star resort. Arriving by car, the entrance to the hotel from the road is not easy to spot although this may not be easy for the hotel to rectify.
We were booked in for 4 days but after day 2 the card keys were voided and I had to get Reception to fix them. Amazingly the same thing happened on day 4!”

“This is a lovely property conveniently located on a hill overlooking Keswick and near the many attractions in and around Keswick. Our room was substantial with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Breakfast was tasty and varied, eagerly accommodating a special request. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Definitely recommend and would stay here again on a return visit.”

“Jonathan was very welcoming. The lounge was a nice place to hang out with friends. Our bed was comfortable and the coffee service in the room went above the ordinary. Breakfast was delicious - make sure to order the prunes they’re amazing!”
