“Had a great stay at The Rybeck, Nice rooms and lounge area, super friendly staff, breakfast great and food in restaurant was fantastic, great views over Windermere, would definitely stay again. ”

“We only stayed at Storrs Gate House for one night to break a long journey to Scotland but we would have no hesitation in returning for longer to explore the area properly. The accommodation was supremely comfortable, the breakfast was superb and the hosts were wonderfully welcoming. Storrs Gate House is only a short and pleasant stroll from the centre of Bowness but far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. Altogether top notch. Highly recommended. ”

“Our view was awful from our room . Ground floor rm 12 . Looked out on to pub that’s was closed. Renavation work . A big pile of scrap . The room it’s self was lovely . ”
