“Super location. Cabin great. Very disappointed that the advert for the cabin showed it overlooking the lake. The staff informed us that no lake side cabins were available. It was not clear from the advert that the photos were not the actual cabin that we were paying for. ”

“Ideal picturesque setting looking over lake windermere. Food excellent both nights and excellent value. Good choice of wine. Walking around area and saw 2 deer, lots of baby rabbits. friendly helpful staff. Lovely building. pool jacuzzi perfect. ”

“Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a spacious room with a large window seat. Loved the bathroom towels which were big and very thick. The bar and dining areas are very inviting. Great breakfast, cooked to order. Wish we were staying longer! ”
