“Dirty room, pool closed and exercise room permently closed.The ba4hroom and room was filthy. Bed duvet cover stained with burn marks.Bed was comfy. We used a blanket from our car. Staff was nice. They put fabulous on everything.Stay away”

“After checking in, I was charged two additional charges for no apparent reason. I called the front desk to ask why, but I received no reasonable explanation, and they simply told me that I had to pay the amount. It was ridiculously expensive.”

“Great experience, However the staff could have cleaned the room when requested, the bed was a little hard, we didn’t have any extra soap and towels. Also there was no soap in the shower dispenser.”

“This property needs alot of work. From what we heard, this property has undergone some major changes - the Casino is gone and in its place is a huge arcade, indoor race track, indoor putt putt (lots to do if you have kids - but the noise level is off the charts). Also gone is the hotel pool on the 5th floor which we searched for. They have a brand new water park right next door, but is very expensive just for a pool.
