“The breakfast is very poor, the whirlpool doesn't work, the shower curtain is falling apart, and the refrigerator makes a deafening noise. The Jacuzi, doesn't work. The pool is out of order. The photos on the website are very different from reality.”

“Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around.”

“Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.”

“I took pictures, bc the sheet had an odd stain...there were odd brown spots on the ceiling in the bathroom, and bubbling in the bathroom ceiling as well. The coffee filter had a used dry coffee pack still in it, and I requested a smoking room. Didn't get it, had to go back and request a switch.”

Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”
