There was a pool, but no hot tub. You need a car to reach the shopping areas. There were no hangers or places for hangers and there is no elevator.”

“This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been to. No toilet paper in the room, no hair dryer, no remote control for the TV. We asked several times and didn’t get any. The place smells horrible. The carpets are so gross. Breakfast was basically non existent. The front desk agents were very unprofessional, smoking outside and just overall unpleasant.
