Hotel vicino a VooDoo Lounge - Kansas City

“This was my first time staying at an Element hotel and if they are all like this one, it won’t be the last. I was extremely impressed with this hotel! My room felt like a one bedroom apartment. The property is well maintained, the hotel is modern, which I love, the gym is very nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was clean.”

“.”

“The breakfast staff were especially sweet and relatable.”

“Outdated rooms and building (apparently room remodeling may be underway?). No pool or hot tub available. Please kindly add a microwave to the rooms when possible! Finally, no water fountains and/or water bottle refilling stations were present and phone charging options outside the room were very inadequate and should be included/added to enhance the overall property’s customer experience. Thanks for asking for feedback!!”

“I accidentally left a piece of jewelry and the staff hasn't found it. Hoping when I call in the morning, it has been turned in.”

“I would say the biggest problem was access to the rooms. And then had another problem with the right number, but the door wouldn’t open think. I tried it 17 times then I called and the man on the phone helped me, but the door was difficult that it happened to all the ones in the larger numbers. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The room was great.”

“Thank you!”

“Pretty good place to stay.”

“Great hotel. Very cool decor and very friendly staff!”

“Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat.”

“Albergo recente e in ottima posizione lungo il fiume. Camere pulite e buon ristorante (a pagamento, come la colazione).”

“The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!”

“We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore.”

“This is a beautiful boutique hotel that is immaculate and perfectly located for the Plaza area, the Kaufman Foundation, UMKC and the Nelson and Kemper museums. The host are attentive and care about your stay experience. Highly recommended.”

“We stayed in the Victorian Room. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, shower robes. Staff was great. They were right there when we needed them. Make sure to look at the paintings by Luke. Special note: Breakfast was above and beyond.”

“Good position and also nice the historical bulding but inside need to be renoveted. Very good the restaurant and breakfast”
