“Very nice hotel. The only complaint hotel wise was that the pool was so cold it was almost unusable. There’s a bar and grill in the lobby of the hotel that needs some work. It was 20 minute wait for drinks, waitresses would stop to take orders, they kept walking while you were trying to talk to them, and for such an upscale hotel/bar they were out of a lot of their beer and ingredients for cocktails.”

“My room 110 was in front of the gym and it was noisy. It was noise coming from the outside of the window too. Also, the air conditioner was extremely loud and disrupted my sleep when it came on. Lastly, I asked for a cup of coffee at 9:02 a.m., and was told by a staff member that she couldn’t brew anymore coffee. Coffee is typically standard in the morning at a hotel.”

“The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. When we checked in, we were given a very welcoming tour of the house and orientation. The house is very centrally located close to shopping, Union Station, restaurants, and the streetcar.
