“Beautiful hotel, great staff, clean”

“Room was small and the bathroom was poorly designed- no working vent which made it super humid. There were shower curtains, no dividing wall for the toilet and cheap shampoo/ soap. Expected more from a hotel that brands itself a luxurary hotel.”

“I had to wait 2 hours to get my car back from the valet, they gave the car to someone else, offered me free valet in exchange of wasting the day there. Answer was “those thongs happen””

“Camera pulita ma molto fredda al mio arrivo. Piacevole la possibilità di visitare il museo l all interno.Ristorante costoso ma ricco di offerta di bevande specialmente cocktail. Negativa l esperenzia con gli addetti al check in.Sono giorni che mando email per chiedere la ricevuta ma non mi hanno mai risposto. ”

“Older hotel but nice staff in lobby. Smallish rooms. Great parking! No need to valet and the garage is right next to elevator. Super convenient.”

“De kamers waren schoon.Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Personeel was erg behulpzaam en was geïnteresseerd in de gesprekken. Ligging accommodatie kon niet beter. Hartje Centrum, maar in een rustige omgeving. Mocht ik terug gaan naar Kansas City Missouri, weet ik waar ik ga verblijven.”

“Ac in my hotel room had went out. I will say that I was able to get in another room within 30 mins. Downside the room had no towels, mold in the bathroom and the vent in the bathroom in the ceiling was missing.”

“An updated hotel in an art deco property which is most noticeable in the lobby and bar. Room was updated but did have several minor maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. The location was excellent a block away from the Power and Light entertainment district and the streetcar line on Main St. For the World Cup they had TVs set up in the lobby area. We didn't go to the restaurant or onsite bar. There is a Starbucks but there is a much better coffee shop with breakfast just up the street,...
