“Non è la prima volta che soggiorno a Los Angeles e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal quartiere Glendale, l’albergo è un ottima soluzione pulito e con parcheggio a pagamento 10 dollari a notte, si trova difronte ad un centro commerciale vi sono molti posti dove mangiare. Ottima la posizione per vedere i punti turistici più importanti di LA, vicino agli Universal Studios.”

“The room was very clean, I enjoyed the art exhibit in the lobby. The restaurant didn't have a good selection for younger picky eaters. But that's alright.”

“The gave me a room at the end of aisle and it was too noisy do to poor soundproofing windows. I complained and they moved me to the same room, just 2 floors over. Receptionis was very unpolite. I do like Hampton Inn hotels but this is the worst ever. ”

“The property was great including the staff, valet and the breakfast team and bartender. My only complaint is that the pool had some maintenance issues and was closed during our stay.”

“I stayed here for the proximity to DTLA & the Burbank Gallery I have my art in. Considering it is on the Fwy, it was quiet... The lobby doors are perpetually LOCKED and there is no sign to direct customers to the side office window. There is No Breakfast as advertised, however, there is Free parking. The room was clean: the bed was soft, the sofa was so old & worn, & soft that I couldn't get up off of it. No clocks, no microwave. The towels were rough and had holes in them. The shower head...

“Staff was rude, I had booked a room for my husband and son that were traveling to Cali for a funeral and they weren’t able to stay because I wasn’t there, the lady who helped me over the phone had said it was ok and all my husband had to do was have a pic of my ID, when he got there the guy who was at the font desk turned them away and said they couldn’t stay there because I wasn’t present… he was rude about it and was careless of my refund when I told him I needed my money back, the hotel is...

“ Clean room for last minute NYE plans. Really sweet and hospitable married couple. Modern renovations with sink and bathroom made the room feel cozy.”

“Poor customer service, the front desk person always hide in their room. They said they have on the go breakfast but they forget to restock so nothing. I don’t recommend this place. Very bad experience.”
